HOW OFTEN SHOULD I WEAR MY WAIST TRAINER?
To get the results, you should wear your waist trainer at a minimum of 6 hours daily.

CAN I GET A REFUND OR EXCHANGE MY PRODUCT?

Due to current conditions related to Covid-19, we do not offer ANY refunds or exchanges on any products. All of our waist trainers, sports belts, and shapewear are considered undergarments and cannot be returned; please order the correct size.

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE TO ORDER?
Please follow the sizing charts included on this site for latex items or contact us via chat and/or email is at email@example.com. When ordering any item with latex please size up.
You may review the sizing chart to assist you with your decision. If you need further assistance determining the best size for you, please email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org or create a chat with us while you are shopping online; that option is in the lower right hand corner. This sizing chart is a recommendation only. Please also size up if your hips are more than 2 inches wider than your body (this will ensure the garment wont roll up).
Each person's body is made differently and you are responsible for the final decision regarding sizing.
WHAT IF I PROVIDE THE INCORRECT ADDRESS, OR THE POST OFFICE RETURNS THE PACKAGE?
THE BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING CHARGES.
If an item is sent back for any reason, the buyer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with getting the item back to the buyer. The buyer must contact Waisted Or Nah to get instructions on how to proceed from there.
Please be sure your address is entered correctly. Products returned by delivery services will be assessed al $5.00 processing fee in addition to the cost of shipping.
I MADE A PURCHASE BUT I FORGOT TO USE THE SALE CODE. CAN YOU ADJUST MY PRICE?
